"1st refusal" means someone has requested this date but has NOT signed a contract. If there was another interested party, then this individual would have 1st option to sign a contract for the date. The "1st Refusal" person has 24 hrs to either book or release the date.
If you are interested in a 1st refusal date, call or email me and I'd be happy to find out the status for you.
